Shipping Policy
How We Make Your Order
All Skipper Life products are made to order through our print-on-demand service. This means your item is printed especially for you once your order is placed.
Production Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or busy periods such as holidays.
Tracking
Most orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you still have concerns, contact us at support@skipperlife.net with your order number and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner.
