Our Returns Policy
Skipper Life and other brand products available through the Skipperlife.net store, are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, through a print-on-demand service. Therefore returns are only accepted for defective products.
What qualifies
Defective products are classified as those where the printing is substandard or incorrect, where the quality or structure of the garment is faulty, or if the item is damaged during shipping.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to report an issue
To let us know you have a defective item, contact us at support@skipperlife.net within 30-days of delivery. Please clearly reference in the subject line of the email 'RETURN REQUEST', include your order number and delivery name, a brief description and supporting photos of the defect.
What we'll do
If we agree you have received a defective item, we will take you through the process to get an exchange to you as soon as possible. The sooner you can contact us after delivery, the quicker we can resolve it.
If you decide you do not want a replacement item, then a refund will be offered. If a refund is offered, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return you can contact us at support@skipperlife.net.
What's not eligible
Unfortunately we are not responsible for orders of the wrong size. The sizes are clearly provided, via a sizing chart, alongside the images to prevent this occurring. Similarly we are not responsible for orders in the wrong quantity. Please check orders carefully before purchase.
All products available through the Skipperlife.net store are custom-made to order, therefore they are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling off period under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, we will always rectify orders that arrive defective.
